    atirātrasavanīyapaśu Tatpur. m. (-śuḥ) The savanīyapaśu (q. v.)

    or sacrificial animal in the Atirātra (q. v.). It is a ewe con-

    secrated to Sarasvatī and subject to the regulations which

    exist for the agnīṣomīyapaśu (q. v.) E. atirātra and sava-

    nīyapaśu.
