atimukta Tatpur. I. m. f. n. (-ktaḥ-ktā-ktam) ¹ Entirely liber-

ated or freed. ² Free from passion or worldly desire. ³ Seed-

less, barren. E. ati and mukta.

II. m. (-ktaḥ) A large creeper bearing white fragrant flow-

ers (Gærtnera racemosa), ‘used against colds, bilious heat,

feverish delirium, hiccough, sickness &c.’ See also puṇḍraka,

mādhavīlatā. E. ati (sc. krānta) and muktā (in the sense of

the accusative) ‘surpassing pearls sc. in whiteness’.

III. m. (-ktaḥ) A tree (Dalbergia oujeiniensis). E. ati

and mukta ‘from its spreading very widely’.
