    Arantukasya tīrtham nt.: Name of a

    tīrtha.

    This tīrtha sacred to Arantuka, lord of

    the Yakṣas, was situated on the river Sara-

    svatī (tato gaccheta rājendra dvārapālam

    arantukam/tasya tīrthaṃ sarasvatyāṃ

    yakṣendrasya mahātmanaḥ); by bathing

    there one obtains the fruit of performing

    an Agniṣṭoma sacrifice 3. 81. 42.
