-kṣiḥ) A miserable belly.
II. Bahuvr. m. f. n. (-kṣiḥ-kṣiḥ-kṣi) Having a miserable belly.
III. Avyayībh. (-kṣi) 1 Without a belly (i. e. with a miser-
able belly). 2 Except the belly (?). (This word is udātta
on the last syllable; and the Kāśikā observes on this word
as well as on the other formations of Pāṇ. VI. 2. 187. that
they may be Tatpur., Bahuvr. and Avyayībh.) E. apa and kukṣi.
