apahnutiḥf.1 Concealment of knowledge, denial. 2 (In Rhet.) A figure of speech, in which the real character of the thing in question is denied and that of another (alien or imaginary) object is ascribed to, or superimposed upon, it; prakṛtaṃyanniṣidhyānyatsādhyate sā tvapahnutiḥ K.
