    anyāśritadravya Bahuvr. m. (-vyaḥ) (In Law.) One whose pa-

    ternal or maternal inheritance has devolved upon another;

    as is the case for instance, when the son is incapacitated

    for receiving the patrimony through blindness, deafness or

    other legal disabilities (comm.: anyamāśritamanyāśritaṃ mātṛ-

    pitṛsaṃbandhidravyaṃ yasyāsāvanyāśritadravyaḥ). E. anya-āśrita

    and dravya.
