-tyāḥ) (In the liturgical literature.) Such
divinities as are invited by the word anvāyāta or anuni-
rvāpa, to partake of an offering; different from the anuvā-
kyāvatyaḥ divinities which are invited by means of an anu-
vākyā q. v. E. anvāyāta, taddh. aff. yat; scil. devatā.
