    anityasamāsa Karmadh. m. (-saḥ) (In grammar.) A compound

    which may be dissolved into its constituent parts without under-

    going a material change of sense; e. g. rājapuruṣaḥ, which may

    be dissolved into rājñaḥ puruṣaḥ. The converse of nityasamāsa q. v.
