    the name of the third book of the Śatapaṭhabrāhmaṇa

    (q. v.) which treats on the Adhwaras or the greater sa-

    crifices performed especially with the juice of the Soma

    plant, the Agniṣṭoma &c. E. adhvara and kāṇḍa.
