abhyamitrīya m. (-yaḥ) The same as the preceding and fol-

lowing; (acc. to Pāṇ. and the Koshas). E. abhyamitra, taddh.

abhy-amitrīṇa [Bhaṭṭ.] or °trīya or °trya [Bhaṭṭ.], mfn. [apparently derivatives fr. abhy-amitram (see below s.v.), but probably originally derived from the rt., which is also indicated by the parallel form abhy-amin (See below)] advancing against or attacking (the enemy), Pāṇ. v, 2, 17.
