-ṇaḥ-ṇā-ṇam) (ved.) Fearless,
undaunted (comp. abhīru); e. g. Vājas.: idamāpaḥ pravahatā-
vadyaṃ ca malaṃ ca yat . yaccābhidudrohānṛtaṃ yacca śepe abhīruṇam
(‘the fearless i. e. the innocent, for it is only the guilty
who is in fear’; Mahīdh.: bibhetīti bhīrurabhīrustamabhīruṇa-
manaparādhinamaparādhī hi bibheti). E. a neg. and bhīruṇa.
