-rma) An inferior or secondary sacri-
ficial act, one subservient to the main ritual proceding,
as frying the Puroḍāśa in bowls &c. with respect to the
Darśapūrṇamāsa sacrifice; or the Dīkṣaṇīyā, Prāyaṇīyā
&c. with respect to the Jyotiṣṭoma &c. E. aṅga and karman.
