1 Corporeal, having limbs, embodied, incarnate;
dharmārthakāmamokṣāṇāmavatāra ivāṃgavān R. 10. 84, 38; one who has a body;
yenāṃgena vikṛtena aṃgino vikārastasmāt tṛtīyā Sk.;
vyāyāme vṛddhiraṃgināṃ Śi. 2. 94.
2 Having subordinate parts; chief, principal;
ye rasasyāṃgino dharmāḥ, eka eva bhavedaṃgī śṛṃgāro vīra eva vā, aṃgī atra karuṇaḥ,
